Our Central Station monitors traditional Burglary and Fire signals as well as Carbon Monoxide, Explosive Gas, Low Temperature or Water Sensors to alert you of a situation before it becomes a larger problem. Our commercial customers can rest assured knowing that we record the times and users that arm and disarm their business.

Monitoring extends the reach of your alarm to our central station. When your alarm is triggered it dials our central station from your telephone line, or one of our special purpose radios. Our operators view the alarm and respond as you have requested according to the type of alarm. This human intervention allows for canceling false alarms and ensures that the proper authorities are notified and responsible persons are notified.

We offer monitoring via your phone lines as well as offer redundant technologies including RADIO and IP devices that provide a ”heartbeat “ showing an always on connection for the highest reliability.

Many people are considering the switch to digital or VOIP phone service. These new forms of phone service offer many advantages over the traditional lines including Lower Cost, Free or Unlimited Long distance and many advanced services. Providers of these services such as Comcast, Vonage and Packet8 may use a variety of relay points that do not have the reliability of your standard phone line and could be down at a critical time simply because of a failed battery or power supply. MSSG recommends all properties have a standard phone line for the alarm and 911 services. By all means try these types of new services for additional phone lines and enjoy the savings and advanced services of the digital lines while maintaining your family or business safety with the good old reliable phone line.
